Welcome to the Best Medicine Show!
We are so excited that you are interested in getting involved! There are many opportunities for you to play a role in the show ranging from working on a committee to directing your very own live act, and much more in between! If you want to work behind the scenes in a committee (i.e. Tech, Main Event, Merchandise, Marketing, Sponsorship, After-party) then please email our producer, ______, or contact any of the specific committee chairs listed. Please email the Creative Directions Committee if you have any questions about videos or live acts. We will be sending more information in the coming months. In the meantime, check out our dates listed below so you can go ahead and mark your calendars!
CHECKOUT
Equipment may be checked out for only one day at a time. The items will be available for pickup in Volker Hall Room G047F during lunch (12:15 PM) on the day you have signed up for and must be returned at lunch (12:00 PM) on the following day. When you submit a checkout request using the form, we will update the master schedule with your request. In addition, each night we will send out an email to all individuals with a rental the following day to remind them to pick up their items. If you would like to checkout an item for more than one day, please submit one equipment request per day.
