On the evening of Friday, March 5th 2021, medical students of the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine (UASOM) will drop their laptops and zoom calls to hit the virtual stage for The Best Medicine Show. The event is an opportunity for students to showcase their talents with a night of short digital films, live sketches, dance, and music while also raising money for our student-run clinic, EAB.
For over 20 years, UASOM students have garnered their wit, creativity, and time to put on an annual Skit Night. In 2011, students took Skit Night to a new level by incorporating the show into an annual fundraiser and relocating to the historic landmarks in the Birmingham area. Thus Skit Night became The Best Medicine Show!
Be sure to get your tickets! Due to the current tumultuous situation with the pandemic, the show is being shown virtually, so that means no limit on who may experience this night of laughter and entertainment.
